Terms & Conditions

Please be aware of the following restrictions before you book your tickets for either the Zipline or Abseiling:
1. Participants aged 8 to 15 years old require a parent or guardian to be present, sign permission and will be required to complete a non-standard waiver,
2. Glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn during the experience
3. The maximum weight limit for a solo participant is 120kg (18.9 stone).
4. Waist harnesses fit waist size of 40cm (15.7 inches) to 125cm (49.2 inches)
5. Child harnesses fit torso height 35 to 62 cm (14 to 24 inches) Legs 23 to 55cm (9 to 22inch)
6. Participants cannot take part if they are: Pregnant, Under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs or Under 8 years old
7. Participants with any of the following must seek professional medical advice before participating and sign a non-standard waiver: Aged 50 years or above and/or suffer from: High blood pressure; have a Heart condition; Suffer from dizziness or epilepsy; have Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes; suffer from Asthma
8. You are required to disclose any prescribed medication at registration to inform us of how this may affect you.

• A Family ticket gives access to Family Traveller Live for 2 Adults (18+) and 2 Children (6-17) for the day and session of your choice. 
• A child ticket is required for anyone aged between 6 and 17 years old.
• Children under the age of 6 (at the time of the event) can enter Family Traveller Live free of charge, however, you must order a 0-5year old ticket.
• All children must be accompanied by an Adult Ticketholder.
• Admission tickets also include access to Sailawaze Live.
