Family Traveller Live Tickets and Dates

Event Opening Times;

Saturday 22nd March: 10am -  7pm

Sunday 23rd March: 10am - 6pm

Before you book:

  • To ensure that our visitors have the best experience at Family Traveller and Sailawaze Live and to ensure that you all get the opportunity to enjoy all the great activities we have lined up, access to Family Traveller and Sailawaze Live is scheduled by designated arrival times.
  • Visitors can arrive at any time during the 2 hour window and you are not required to leave the event until it closes.
  • When you book your ticket, please be sure to select your arrival time.
  • The arrival times are:10am, 12 noon, 2pm and 4pm.
  • Once you have ordered your admission tickets, you will have the chance to opt in for a chance to purchase ZipLine and Abseil Tickets.

Terms & Conditions

Please be aware of the following restrictions before you book your tickets for either the Zipline or Abseiling:
1. Participants aged 8 to 15 years old require a parent or guardian to be present, sign permission and will be required to complete a non-standard waiver,
2. Glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn during the experience
3. The maximum weight limit for a solo participant is 120kg (18.9 stone).
4. Waist harnesses fit waist size of 40cm (15.7 inches) to 125cm (49.2 inches)
5. Child harnesses fit torso height 35 to 62 cm (14 to 24 inches) Legs 23 to 55cm (9 to 22inch)
6. Participants cannot take part if they are: Pregnant, Under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs or Under 8 years old
7. Participants with any of the following must seek professional medical advice before participating and sign a non-standard waiver: Aged 50 years or above and/or suffer from: High blood pressure; have a Heart condition; Suffer from dizziness or epilepsy; have Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes; suffer from Asthma
8. You are required to disclose any prescribed medication at registration to inform us of how this may affect you.

  • A Family ticket gives access to Family Traveller Live for 2 Adults (18+) and 2 Children (6-17) for the day and session of your choice. 
  • A child ticket is required for anyone aged between 6 and 17 years old.
  • Children under the age of 6 (at the time of the event) can enter Family Traveller Live free of charge, however, you must order a 0-5year old ticket.
  • All children must be accompanied by an Adult Ticketholder.
  • Admission tickets also include access to Sailawaze Live.
