Gilberto Gil, the historic composer, instrumentalist, and leading figure of Brazilian culture, will perform at Ageas Cooljazz on July 8th. That same evening, on the Ageas stage, Maria Luiza Jobim will make her debut, bringing a sound that navigates the softness of MPB with indie irreverence. On the Cascais Jazz Sessions by Smooth FM stage, Marta Garrett will present her latest project, “Assanhado.” The night ends with a DJ set by Petrolati on the Late Nights stage.
